The free shuttle was very helpful for getting to the airport early in the morning. the room size was good for a short stay near the airport. i found several food options nearby, including takeaway. a local temple was within walking distance. I enjoyed seeing it.

The location was perfect because it was a quick taxi ride from the airport. The local train station is a short walk away (about 3-5 minutes). My room was well maintained and had everything i needed. A convenience store and chain restaurant are very close. It's less than a minute walk away.
My window faced straight into the window of a factory. There were only a few meters between the buildings. I had to keep the curtains closed all day to avoid people staring straight into my room. This wasn't ideal. (I would have liked to see outside.)

the free shuttle service to haneda airport was quite convenient.
My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I found this unacceptable. the air conditioning unit was also quite old and loud, hindering sleep (i am not usually this demanding).

the hotel shuttle provided convenient transport to the airport. it took me with my luggage for check-in. i also appreciated the complimentary hot water boiler in the room for tea. it was very useful.
the room felt a bit narrow but this was a minor issue .
